Return / Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason or you have ordered the wrong size please inform us within seven days of your receipt of the products, and we will be happy to exchange or refund the goods as long as the product is in the condition it was received, unused and in it's original packaging. Postage and packaging charges are non refundable unless the item is faulty then special arrangements will be made please email for details. We advise that if you are returning a product that you use a recordable delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in the post.

Delivery Information

UK Delivery is charged at Royal Mail 1st Class Post on the weight of your cart to a maximum of £7.50 and items are usually posted on the next working day from when payment has cleared. Occasionally items may have to be ordered which may take up to 10 working days for delivery. In such cases you will be informed immediately of the estimated delivery date and may withdraw from the purchase. If an item is out of stock you will be informed and all associated money refunded unless you wish to wait for the item to come back in to stock. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Delivery to non-UK destinations will be charged on Royal Mail rates for the weight of your cart and delivery destination.
Product descriptions
Due to the limitations of photography and broadcasting, colours of goods you receive may differ slightly to those displayed on your monitor. Kath’s Equestrian cannot be held responsible for any variations in product specifications enforced without notice by our suppliers. If you are in any way dissatisfied with an item, you may of course return it. Please refer to the Returns policy.


Prices

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are accepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price; you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Payments

We offer a safe and secure payment method via pay-pal, where you can use your credit or debit card to send money. If you prefer you can send a cheque or postal order made payable to Kathryn Newman and send to Kath’s Equestrian, 3 Oakham Court, Alexandra Road, Southport, Merseyside, PR9 9SQ. All items will only be despatched once payment has cleared. If you live in our local area you may be eligible for free delivery by us to your home or yard upon which cash on delivery will be accepted.
